Refund policy

The 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to natural persons (consumers). Legal entities do not have the right of withdrawal.

1. Paragraph 22 of the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 of May 20, 2014, "Regulations on Distance Contracts" stipulates that the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

• The price of the product or service depends on financial market fluctuations that the seller cannot control and which may occur during the withdrawal period;

• The product is custom-made according to the consumer's specifications or is clearly personalized;

• The product is perishable or expires quickly (including pet treats and other food items);

• The consumer has opened the packaging of a product that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons (including opened packaging of pet treats or food);

• The product, by its nature, has irreversibly mixed with other things after delivery.

2. The Buyer has the right to return the product within 14 calendar days if the product does not match the one ordered.

By starting to use the purchased product, the buyer confirms that it matches the order, and the product can no longer be returned.

3. The right of withdrawal is valid if:

The product is returned in its complete set, including the original packaging, and a proof of purchase is presented.

4. Open the product packaging carefully:

Products with damaged original packaging will not be accepted back.

5. The consumer's right to use the purchased product during the withdrawal period:

• Right to inspect the product: The consumer has the right to use the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

• Consumer liability: The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the product if it has been used during the withdrawal period beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

• Important! Inspection and testing of the product to establish its nature and characteristics should only be carried out to the extent that it would normally be possible to do so in a regular physical store.

Steps to take to return a product within 14 days:

1. Fill out the withdrawal form.

2. Wait for a written response from our employee.

3. Return the product according to our instructions.
